About Accessway
At Accessway, we believe that every person deserves the opportunity to live a life filled with dignity, purpose, and connection. As a Queensland-based NDIS provider, we specialise in community access, supporting people with disability to engage with their communities, build confidence, and pursue their goals.

We’re not just a service provider, we’re a movement. A community of passionate individuals working together to create a better culture of care, opportunity, and inclusion.

Accessway was founded by Campbell Mahe, whose journey is deeply personal. Raised by people who instilled strong values and principles, Campbell learned early the importance of community, resilience, and service.

After being diagnosed with ADHD, Campbell’s plans of becoming a commercial pilot was cut short. What felt like a limitation became a turning point. Through his work in disability support, he saw a system that too often lacked genuine care, opportunity, and belief in what participants could achieve.

So he found his people, his team. Together they created what Accessway is today and what it continues to be, a place where people with disability are not defined by their challenges but celebrated for their strengths. A place where growth, fun, learning, overcoming challenges, and belonging are part of everyday life.
Campbell is the Founder, but he deeply expresses that without his team, Accessway would still be just an idea. Accessway is a people, it is a people who act on hope.
This is where we have deeply embedded what we say at Accessway, because it is undeniably true. Together, we really can reach for more.
Because we’re building more than services — we’re building a culture. One that uplifts, includes, and empowers. Our team is driven by purpose, guided by values, and united by a shared vision: to help people with disability see past their limitations and realise their full potential.

Accessway plans to scale nationally by collaborating with like-minded organisations and individuals who share our commitment to doing more good. We aim to build a stronger, more inclusive Australia, one where people with disability are empowered to thrive, not just survive.
