Is Accessway a registered provider?
Yes. We’re registered for Core Supports and Specialist Module 2A. This means we can support you with both your daily living needs and your housing, all under one provider. No juggling multiple organisations. No gaps in care. Just consistent, quality support from a team that knows you.
How do I get started?
You can either fill out the referral form or give us a call!
What if I don't have a support coordinator yet?
That’s fine! We work closely with Support Coordinators across South-East Queensland, and we can suggest a few independent Support Coordinators for you to connect with.
How are my support workers chosen?
We match on personality, interests and routine, not just availability. Small, consistent teams who know your rhythms, so you’re not meeting a new face every week.
Can I change my support if something isn't working?
Always. You set the pace, and you can change direction at any time. Tell us what’s not working and we’ll fix it together, no awkward conversations needed.
