ABOUT US
We're the team that turns up with a smile.
Accessway Australia is a registered NDIS provider based in South-East Queensland. We deliver direct support to adults with disabilities, partnering with Support Coordinators, allied health teams, and families.
OUR STORY
From a single promise to a registered provider.
We started small, on purpose. Every step since has been about staying close to the people we support.
Our Foundations
Founded in Springfield Lakes by Campbell Mahe and Jacob Barber, experienced support workers who recognised a gap in reliability across the sector. Their guiding principle was straightforward: honour every commitment, which was to be there when promised.
Growing Our Supports
What started with a simple promise grew through word of mouth and trust. As more participants came on board, so did our responsibility to deliver consistent, reliable, and person-centered support.
Getting Registered
As we expanded, becoming registered was the natural next step. It allowed us to strengthen our systems, raise our standards, and support more people with confidence and accountability.
Today
Today, we continue to build on that same foundation. We’ve grown, but our approach hasn’t changed. Show up, follow through, and provide support people can rely on.
HOW WE WORK
Four values we hold ourselves to.
Relationships are at the heart of everything we do. We build genuine connections grounded in trust, respect, and understanding. Guided by our four core values, we create an environment where everyone feels heard, valued, and supported.
